Hi. I’m Lisa.
I'm Lisa Rowell, and I help overwhelmed Christian women find biblical rest in their busy lives. As the author of Simplifying Rest and a contributor to iMOM and Family Christian with over 125 published articles on motherhood and faith, I understand both the daily struggles of motherhood and the biblical solutions that actually work.
I lend my heart and words to causes and organizations that encourage love and hope. My heart beats for Jesus, early childhood education, supporting parents, and encouraging women. Because of Jesus, I believe you can stop living exhausted and start living restored.
I don't always get it right, but I believe leading in and leaning into LOVE is never wrong. I live in the Atlanta area with my husband Clay and our two daughters, where I'm constantly reminded of God's abundant goodness in the everyday moments.
